Secure and grow into a full-time Product Manager role in New Zealand within three years of graduating, with the potential to transition from an entry-level position into a mid-level role, building toward long-term residency and career stability.
Year 1 - Entry & Learning

Secure a full-time role as an Associate Product Manager, Product Owner, or Junior Product Manager in a company aligned with my values (ideally in digital services, SaaS, or a customer-focused tech environment).
Use my portfolio and resume to highlight relevant coursework, such as innovation strategies, digital transformation projects, and user-centred proposals (e.g. Starbucks and Auckland Transport projects).
Strengthen technical fluency by working closely with developers, designers, and data analysts.
Actively contribute to cross-functional teams and improve my confidence in leading ceremonies (e.g. stand-ups, backlog grooming).
Complete a professional certification, such as CSPO or Certified Product Manager (CPM), to validate my capabilities.
